  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain the invoice provided by the courier when you receive your order. This invoice serves as proof of purchase and must be presented for any returns.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item purchased from BNGLM.COM or BANGLAM.STORE.

  • Condition of Items: The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Care: Reach out to our Customer Care team via the Contact Us form on BNGLM.COM or BANGLAM.STORE. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions: Our Customer Care team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the invoice.

  4. Ship the Package: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Care team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
